1. Services
DesignsDew provides graphic design services including but not limited to logo design, branding, social media creatives, and print materials. Services are customized as per client requirements and scope of work discussed beforehand.
2. Project Process
- Work begins after confirmation and partial or full payment.
- Clients must provide necessary information, assets, and references.
- Timelines depend on the complexity of the design and client response time.
3. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are to be made via authorized channels (e.g., UPI, Bank Transfer, Payment Gateway).
- Partial payments are non-refundable once work has started.
- Full refunds are not applicable after delivery or final approval.
4. Revisions
We offer a limited number of revisions depending on the chosen package. Extra revisions beyond the agreed limit may be charged additionally.
5. Ownership & Copyright
- Final approved designs are owned by the client.
- Drafts, unused concepts, and source files remain DesignsDew’s property unless otherwise agreed.
6. Use of Work
We reserve the right to showcase final works in our portfolio, website, and social media unless the client requests confidentiality.
7. Liability
DesignsDew is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or designs.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email or website notice.
